mrs.weave and mrs. halbloom

I don't like Mrs. Halbloom or Mrs. Weave they are dumb in the head. I mean really dumb. I mean I really hate both of them. Mrs halbloom treats people like there little kids. dude we are not kids we are teenagers. I mean geez just leave us alone.

west marshall track

on march 5 I went to the track meeting.
I'm going out for track this year.
its a new goal for me.
I've had 4 people bet me money to see if i will stay out and i will.
I'm out there to have fun.
I hope I win a couple of times.
My brother and I will have a great time.
My biggest goal the to go to the drake relays or state one year.
hopefuly I will be really fast by the end of the year.
I want to be just like my brother josh.

bullying in school

Bullying is not a good thing. Some day i'm going to stop bullying. I wish I could stop bullying right now. if I were the presdent I would charge everybody that bullied other people. jeez just take a chill pill and relax. Pick on someone your own size. If your going to pick on someone pick on someone your size. Not someone younger than you. please just stop bullying people. If iI catch anybody bulling they will have to deal with me. peace out and good luck peeps.

eating contest

Chris Goodwin and I are having an eating contest after wrestling is over. We might be eating at McDonald's. I think I can eat 48 cheeseburgers. Chris Goodwin can eat up to 52 cheeseburgers. I hope I win. We are just doing it for fun because that's what friends do. I like Chris because he protected me yesterday at weight lifting. I almost got into a fight with Keaghan Kahalin. He got in my face, and I said back off and leave me alone. I pushed Keaghan. How this all started was Keaghan hit me somewhere a guy doesn't want to be hit. So that's how it all started. If he does it again, I'm going to do something about it. Thank you, Chris Goodwin.

weight lifting

Today I'm going to tell you what I do in weight lifting. First, I squat 160. I do three sets of five.Then I bench 95. I do three sets of eight.Then I hand clean 85. I do five sets of five.Then last but not least I front squat 140, three sets of five. Then I do five minute AB flexes. Then I run around the pool for an hour.

on monday i got a 2 day in school. Because i called my teacher a bad word.
my teacher just needs to take a chill pill. I'm not trying to be mean but geez people.chill out and give me some time to cool down. I had a really bad because my dad was in the hospital. he had surgery on his neck. he stayed in the hospital for three days. he had a elergic reaction to his pain pills. hes finally at home. he cant move his neck for awhile. he wont be at work for awhile too.
